Exchange & Refund Policy

We accept returns and exchanges for items that are unstitched, unused, in original packaging, or if the product is defective.

  • Return Window: Refund requests must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
  • Process: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be returned to our office: Shop 83-B1, Ghalib Road, Ghalib Market, Gulberg III, Lahore, Pakistan.
  • International Refunds: Processed in PKR. Due to currency fluctuations, the final refunded amount is based on the original PKR value paid.

Order Cancellation & Delivery

  • Unstitched Orders: Cancellations accepted up to 48 hours before shipment.
  • Stitched Orders: These are custom-made; therefore, they cannot be cancelled once placed.
  • Delivery Refusal: Refusing a parcel or being unavailable for delivery will result in forfeiture of the refund. Repeated refusals may lead to a permanent account ban.

Customs & Duties

Sana Fashion Studio is not liable for international customs duties or taxes. Refusal to pay these fees will not entitle the customer to a refund.
